Mission Statement: We work with women in prenatal consultation in the west Region of Cameroon to provide Family planning services, vaccination, pmtct of HIV/AIDS, Post natal care, post abortion care and deliveries; through a team of trained nurses and one medical doctor

Summary of Project: 

This project would enable us to have the reality of the field about FP methods and how to handle misconception in order to reduce at least 30% unwanted pregnancy in our area.

The Current Mission

Working as a team in order to achieve the well being of the community. 

The Proposed New Mission

We work with women in prenatal consultation in the west Region of Cameroon to provide Family planning services, vaccination, pmtct of HIV/AIDS, Post natal care, post abortion care and deliveries; through a team of trained nurses and one medical doctor.

Smart Objectives 

  • To obtain about 50% utilization of FP units to eliminate misconception about contraceptives methods by the community's women in Djeleng health area by September 2015.
  • To train at least 20 health committee members and health gate keepers in the community on misconception about FP by January 2014.
  • To obtain about 50% utilization of family planning units by September 2014.
