CHIP Outcome Objectives
- To maintain medical information from within the past 3 months on 70% of Hygeia HIV patients by the end of June 2014.
- Work out collaboration mechanisms to refer and receive feedback on Hygeia HIV patients referred to ART sites funded by parallel programs.
