Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital is the second largest hospital in Ghana located in Ashanti Region of Ghana. It serves a population of over 4 million within and outside Ashanti Region. To enhance TB case detection by 70% among adolescents and children as index cases care at KATH by mid of 2017(June).
