To ensure that every person living with hiv/aids in ankaase township and its surrounding communities get easy access to anti-retroviral drugs and to good health

Methodist Hospital is a member of CHAG that strives to meet the health care needs of Ankaase community and its surrounding communities through provision of health services, leadership and collaboration in order to obtain a center of excellence status.

Goals

  • To provide treatment, care and support for people living with HIV/AIDS in ankaase township and its surrounding communities
  • To provide free voluntary counselling and testing during outreaches to the most at risk populations in the target communities in the district.

Objectives

  • To provide treatment, care and support for fifty (50)people living with HIV/AIDS to improve their living condition in Ankaase community and its surrounding communities by Cctober 2012.
  • To provide free voluntary counselling and testing for 2500 community members in outreaches to the most at risk populations in the target communities by October 2012.
