Our organization exists in order to prevent HIV infection ,restore hope and improve quality of life; also to reduce stigma and involve men in HIV/AIDS programs for the community of Ouagadougou
Services
- health education to prevent infection and spread (communities, families, couples)
- counselling and testing for HIV
- preventing HIV transmission from mother to child
- screening
- early diagnosis and medical treatment
- assessment on treatment( biologycal, adhesion)
- sustainable livelihood projects
- feeding families (cereals and milk)
- advocacy
- home care
- provision from outreaches clinic.
Goals
- To sensitize communities about HIV/AIDS
- To prevent HIV transmission from mothers to children
Objectives
- To organise 24 advocacy programs for 25% of traditional leaders of Ouagadougou, by August 2012
- By August 2013, at least 90% of pregnant women of Gounghin Medical Center should have been screened and treated.
