Goals
- To guarantee effective leadership that promotes teamwork, transparency, and a sound execution of the RMH's vision, mission and values.
- To strengthen existing and develop new clinical services to address the needs of RMH's patients and community
Objectives
- Develop a law determining the organization, function and responsibilities of the RMH by 2013
- To have strengthened all existing medical services by training 50% of medical personnel developed new medical services by reconstructing Cancer department and procuring medical equipment in lines with referral hospital requirements and accreditation standards by July 2016
