Goal:
To reduce the rate of cardiovascular incidence among Ojuwoye Traders by 50% within 6 months and by 80% within a year
Process Objective:
To reduce the rate of cardiovascular incidence among the Ojuwoye Traders in Lagos Metropolis by 50% by June 2014.
Outcome Objective:
To reduce the rate of cardiovascular incidence among the Ojuwoye Traders in Lagos Metropolis by 80% by December 2014.
