Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital is the second largest hospital in Ghana located in Ashanti Region of Ghana. It serves a population of over 4 million within and outside Ashanti Region. To increase non-default rate of Tuberculosis by 20% among adolescents and paediatrics assessing care at KATH by the end of 2017

To enhance TB case detection by 70% among adolescents and children as index cases care at KATH by mid of 2017(June).
