To improve the health status of the people through the provision of accessible and affordable quality health service in collaboration with other stakeholders, creating wealth through health.

Problem Area

The Tuberculosis detection rate is as low as 5.8% as against a National target of 70%. 


Program Goal Statement

Increase Tuberculosis case detection rate in the Subin Sub Metropolis. 


Long Term Outcome Smart Objective

To increase the tuberculosis detection rate in the Subin Sub -Metropolis from 5.8% to 20% by the end of 2016. 


Measure

To establish a triage system at the Outpatient Department in the Maternal and Child Health Hospital for tuberculosis case identification and referral in the Subin Sub Metropolis by the end of the first quarter 2016.
