The reason attributed for the choice of provider facilities by majority of the respondents (37.6%) was affordability, followed closely by the disposition and attitude of health care personnel (31.9%), and least by the presence of youth friendly services in health facilities (12.5%).The number of young people accessing YFS in health facilities visited per month was also found to range from none to tens in some instances.
