To provide the highest possible level of health services to all people in Uganda through delivery of promotive, preventive, curative, palliative and rehabilitative health services at all levels.
Proposed New Mission
To provide the highest possible level of health services to all people in Uganda through delivery of promotive, preventive, curative, palliative and rehabilitative health services at all levels by forming partnerships between the government, private sector and implementing partners in health service delivery.
Goal Statement
Increased implementation of M&E work plan among health actors
Objective
To ensure implementation of M&E framework in HCIVs and hospitals in the East and North Eastern Uganda from 5% to 50% by the end of 2014/15 financial year.
