Goals
- To create a centralised spontaneously reporting patients' record management system that feeds into the clinic database and national health system.
- To ensure timely delivery of health care services
Objectives
- To produce timely monthly reports on every 3rd day of the proceeding month
- To strengthen the capacity of 8 staff in the filing and retrieving of patients' records by Dec-2012
- To reduce patients' total waiting to a maximum of 45 minutes by Jan-2013
- To reorganise the hospital schedule and facility to have 2 clinicians on duty and create 1 more consultation room by Dec-2012
