1. Delays in getting results at King Faisal Hospital Patients Results not got on time and hence patients have to wait long hours or have to come several times to hospital to get results. It leads to time wastage for the client and the doctors. This has reduced patients coming for our OPD service |

2. Client complaints about delays in getting served . Long queues at cash points, pre-service payments that make clients move up and down, to and forth from cash points before getting service. Few cashiers who are overworked and demotivated |

3. Poor utilization of the booking system at King Faisal Hospital Majority of patients don`t use the system despite knowing it exists and hence majority of OPD patients are walk ins for they manage to see the doctor anyway once the come. This brings over clouding on some days and poor service and staff over working and then staff being under utilized on other days. Doctors reluctant to use the booking system, doctors send their patients to go get a follow up appointment after consultation Some doctors don`t respect the appointments |
