Current mission statement

To serve and assist care and treatment services through mainstreaming care and treatment services to the grass root level,cascading trainings on HIV/AIDS by involving potential stakeholders,ensuring maximum follow-up of all enrolled clients and creating a strengthened sustainable prevention strategies.

To serve and assist all care and treatment services through mainstreaming care and treatment services to the grass root community level so that to improve the quality and prolong life,having cascading trainings on HIV/AIDS by involving potential stakeholders,ensuring there is maximum follow-up of all enrolled clients and creating a strengthened sustainable prevention strategies.

  • Care and treatment for people living with HIV and AIDS
  • Provision of PMTCT services
  • Provision of VCT and PITC
  • Condom promotion
  • Heath education and promotion of HIV/AIDSĀ 

Goals

  • Ensuring there is accessibility to care and treatment services and timely follow-up of enrolled clients in Kilimanjaro region.
  • Ensuring there is care and treatment available to the needy patients who are unable to travel to health facility in Kilimanjaro region.

Objective

  • Increase the number of clients receiving care and treatment services from three hard to reach districts (Rombo,Same and Siha) by 80% by December,2011 through community involvement.
  • Conducting training to the 100 community health care workers on service delivery to the needy clients in the community by the end of December, 2011
