Goals

• Contribute to national health strategy by reducing maternal, neo-natal and child morbidity and mortality
• Improve LNRCS fleet system to provide prompt emergency health services.

Objectives

• Increase health facility-based deliveries through referal of women with dangerous signs in pregnancy by 40 percent by end 2013.
• To increase by 40% health service delveries to pregnant women or children under-five years in delivery pain or affected by sudden illnesses and injuries to reach health facilities in a timely manner.
